The National 24 Hour Challenge board of directors met Sunday evening, April 26, 2020 to determine the date of the 2020 National 24 Hour Challenge. Due to the uncertainty and unpredictability of the coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic, the board determined that it would not be safe or feasible to hold the 2020 National 24 Hour Challenge on June 20-21 as originally scheduled.
After careful examination of potential dates, we are excited to announce that the 2020 National 24 Hour Challenge will be scheduled for:
Although we are about four months away from August 22-23, we would like to think positively that things will have returned to the “new normal” by then. But there are no guarantees and safety is our number one priority. The board will meet once again on June 21 to confirm that we will be able to safely hold the event on August 22-23. If, when the board meets on June 21, the board determines it will be unsafe to hold the event on August 22-23, the National 24 Hour Challenge will be cancelled for 2020.
As before, you will know as soon as we know should these plans change. If something changes prior to June 21, we will let you know as soon as possible via our webpage, Facebook, Instagram, All About the Challenge, and all registered riders will receive an email from us directly. Otherwise, we will communicate the decision from our June 21 board meeting on June 22 through the same channels.

Now that the 2020 National 24 Hour Challenge has been rescheduled, we are updating the registration dates.
Entry fees per person:
January 1 through July 1 ………… $135.00 U.S.
July 2 through August 1……………… $165.00 U.S.
August 2 through August 21…………… $200.00 U.S.
If you register by July 1st, you will receive one FREE t-shirt available in the following sizes: S, M, L, XL, XXL and one National 24 Hour Challenge vehicle window decal. Registrations after July 1st will not receive these items.
Team Registration: All five riders must be registered individually as National 24 Hour Challenge participants by July 1, 2020. There is no additional cost for the teams category. The team captain will register the team by July 1, 2020 by sending an email with the following information to email@example.com : your team name (no more than 3 words) and the names of all five riders on your team. You will receive a confirmation email from the National 24 Hour Challenge registrar confirming your team registration.
Now that the 2020 National 24 Hour Challenge has been rescheduled, we need our volunteers to let us know if they will be able to help out on August 22-23, 2020.
The National 24 Hour Challenge is powered by nearly 150 volunteers like yourself. We are well-known for our dedicated and friendly volunteers – riders tell us every year we have “excellent volunteers” and you know what – they are talking about you!
