After you celebrate New Year’s at midnight on January 1, 2021, register for the 38th annual National 24-Hour Challenge, June 19-20, 2021. Your personal best will require ample spring training, so make the commitment now!

All registrations must be made through We will accept registrations starting at 12:01 a.m. EST on New Year’s Day. Registration closes at 6 p.m. EDT on Friday, June 18, 2021.

We encourage anyone who wants Support Team services or the 2021 Commemorative Package (see below) to register early as both of these items have limited availability. 

We will not be mailing printed brochures, so be sure to download the 2021 Registration Information from and forward this email to your friends.


Will you accept the challenge in 2021? As organizers, we have accepted the challenge of making the 38th National 24 Hour Challenge even better.

Here are some of the new things we’ll be bringing to the National 24 Hour Challenge in 2021:

Non-Stop Checkpoints! You can ride through the checkpoints non-stop this year as we will be using RFID technology for scanning riders as you pass through the checkpoints.

Two Loops! This year we will have two loops. The new 50-mile Day Loop will be ridden until 9 p.m. and the Night Loop will be the same 7.6 mile loop we have used in the past.

Two Checkpoints! We will only have two checkpoints in 2021, one at Delton-Kellogg High School and one at our home base, Thornapple-Kellogg Middle School.

Online Scoring! The scoring website is up and running ( so you can see who is riding and who will be in your age group.

Fresh Breakfast! Our free Sunday morning breakfast for all riders and crews will be fresh-cooked with a variety of foods to make you feel great!

2021 Merchandise! Our 2021 National 24 Hour Challenge swag items for all riders who register by March 31, 2021 are our rider t-shirt and vehicle window decal.

If you signed up for the 2020 National 24 Hour Challenge, and when we cancelled the event you agreed to let us rollover your registration, please be aware of the following:
